Josh Suitt serves as Service Operations Manager for Pocket Yacht Company in Maryland, bringing a distinguished combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and a lifelong connection to the marine and automotive industries. A native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Josh was raised in Centreville and Kent Island, where boating and the maritime lifestyle were an integral part of his upbringing. He began his professional career in the automotive industry in 2011 before transitioning to the marine industry in 2015. Since then, he has developed an extensive technical background focused on advanced marine propulsion, stabilization, electronics, and vessel systems. Josh’s expertise is supported by a broad range of industry certifications, including Master Gyro Technician credentials with both Quick USA and Seakeeper, Seakeeper RIDE certification, Advanced Yamaha Technician certification, and certifications with Volvo Penta, Mercury Marine, Optimus 360, and Garmin Marine. He is also pursuing his Yamaha Master Technician certification, continuing his commitment to maintaining the highest level of technical knowledge and service excellence. In his role with Pocket Yacht Company, Josh is dedicated to delivering a seamless ownership experience through knowledgeable service, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to the performance and reliability of every vessel entrusted to his team. Outside of the marina, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and taking full advantage of the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle. Boating, fishing, and crabbing remain a significant part of his life, giving him a personal appreciation for the experiences and memories that make time on the water so meaningful.
