Christina Schulstad Hayes

General Manager

Christina grew up in the Annapolis area, spending much of her summers boating with family and developing a lifelong love for the water. Her passion for boating eventually led her to the Caribbean, where she worked as crew aboard several yachts, including a 46-foot sailing catamaran and a 105-foot Feadship motor yacht. In 2013, Christina joined Pocket Yacht Company, the family business founded by her father and brother. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of roles within the company and now serves as General Manager, helping oversee daily operations across its Maryland, Florida, and North Carolina locations. She takes pride in being part of a family-owned business that shares her passion for boating and helping others enjoy life on the water. Christina is a proud mom of three and lives on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, being on the water, and making memories with family and friends.
