Estimate excludes variable per-foot charges until LOA is entered, 4% shop supplies fee, mobile travel at $199/hour plus mileage, applicable taxes, and other charges. Final invoice and availability are subject to service department confirmation.
Program terms and conditions
Boats are blocked in the yard in the order they arrive and launched in the reverse order. If you require your boat out on a specific date, notify PYC in writing; PYC will try to accommodate. Moving other boats to access your boat may incur charges.
Mobile service travel is charged at the shop hourly rate ($199/hr) from PYC to the service location and back, plus mileage. A 4% shop supplies fee is added to each invoice. All work will be billed upon completion to the credit card provided through an approved payment process.
1. Pocket Yacht Company is authorized to perform work, including labor, parts, and materials, for the prices in cash or credit card to be issued to Pocket Yacht Company.
2. If I fail to pay for completed work, I understand Pocket Yacht Company shall have a mechanic's lien upon the vessel to secure payment and I expressly waive rights to claim exemption under state laws.
3. If collection is made by suit or other required method, I agree to pay interest of 18% APR until paid in full, including collection and reasonable attorney fees.
4. I agree not to hold Pocket Yacht Company liable for loss or damage to real or personal property caused by theft, fire or any other cause except negligence of Pocket Yacht Company personnel while boat and/or trailer is in for repairs, storage or sale.
5. Pocket Yacht Company employees may operate the above-described boat, motor(s), trailer and my motor vehicle for testing, inspection or delivery at my risk.
6. Pocket Yacht Company reserves the right to substitute parts for those not currently available.
7. Storage charges shall be added to all items not picked up within 7 days after notification of service completion.
8. All removed parts shall be discarded unless otherwise specified. If you would like parts saved, indicate so in the notes.
